About – Bonjour!

Welcome to my blog of beautiful art, design and interiors!  Before we start our colourful and inspiring journey together, I thought I would share a few facts about me:

1. I was born, raised and presently live on Prince Edward Island – an Island that offers incredible surroundings as inspiration for life and design : Red Soil, Bald Eagles & Blue Jays, Lupins, Miles of Beautiful Beaches,…
2. I am a proud Canadian Francophone/Bilingual and because of this, some of my posts will be written en français.
3. I have a diploma in Interior Design from NBCC – Dieppe (2004) – my favourite design styles are: beach, nautical, colourful, french country and rustic.
4. I am a Kindergarten teacher in a small but innovative French school in rural PEI.
5. I live with my lovely two charcoal grey cats, my big white dog, and my handsome electrician/Jack of all trades.
6. I love reading (Elin Hilderbrand, Emily Giffin, Coastal Living magazine), sleeping, traveling, watching movies, laughing, cooking, and walking/hiking in nature.
